Refund policy

At Hulley Jewellery, each piece is meticulously handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality. However, I understand that manufacturing faults can occasionally occur.

  • Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
    • Exchanges or returns are offered for items with verifiable manufacturing faults. Examples include broken clasps or incorrect soldering.
    • To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition, and returned in its original packaging.
    • Altered items are not eligible for exchange or return.                                      
  • Process for Returns/Exchanges:
    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order via email.
    • In your email, please provide a detailed description of the fault and attach a clear photograph.
    • Once I have reviewed your request and confirmed a manufacturing fault, you will be provided with a return address.
    • Upon receipt, the item will be inspected. I will then notify you of the available options, which may include an exchange or refund (if applicable).
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Repairs

  • Manufacturing Fault Repairs:
    • Repairs for verifiable manufacturing faults are provided free of charge if I am notified via email within 5 business days of delivery.                                 
  • Other Repairs:
    • Repairs for damage not caused by manufacturing faults will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will incur a repair fee.
    • The repair cost will be confirmed after inspection.
    • Shipping for non-manufacturing fault repairs will be the client's responsibility.
    • To initiate a repair, please follow the same contact method as returns and exchanges.
  • Resizing
    • All rings are made to size. In the case that resizing is necessary, a resizing fee will be charged. Costs start at $35 and will depend on individual needs, with shipping at the client's expense.

Shipping Damage

  • Hulley Jewellery is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays incurred during shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for items with verifiable manufacturing faults when an exchange is not possible.
  • Refunds are not available for change of mind.
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.
