Shipping

Australia

All orders over $100 within Australia qualify for free standard shipping. Packages will be delivered via Australia Post and usually takes 3-7 business days. 

Express shipping is available within Australia via Australia Post at a cost of $15.

New Zealand

Standard shipping to New Zealand will be done via Australia Post and usually takes 7-12 business days.

Other countries

Unfortunately shipping to other countries is not set up online yet but please contact me directly at hulleyjewellery@gmail.com if you would like to arrange shipping to your country.

Packaging

Pieces are all attached to jewellery cards and placed inside beautiful branded calico bags. These are then placed inside a mailer box which is shipped in a shipping bag from Hero Packaging. These bags as well as the shipping label are 100% home-compostable. Please note that regular (non-compostable) mailing bags will be used for express delivery and delivery to New Zealand.

Jewellery care

Storage:

All of your pieces are best stored in an airtight container away from moisture to limit metal tarnish. Metal tarnish is a natural process that occurs over time and often gives the jewellery piece beautiful character. But it can be removed with a jewellery polishing cloth.

Wood:

Most of the timbers used to create the jewellery are stabilised with a natural resin, which makes it quite hardwearing. It would still benefit from the application of a wood polishing wax, preferably a beeswax polish applied around once every 2 months. Even stabilised wood does not care much for water so it's best to keep your timber pieces away from moisture.

Brass:

All pieces made of brass have been double coated with resin, which is then heat cured to form a protective layer. This layer prevents the brass from tarnishing and helps retain it's gorgeous golden colour. To prevent scratching of the resin finish, please store these pieces away from other jewellery and avoid contact with any rough surfaces that may damage the coating.

Repairs and exchanges

Free repair/exchange is available in case of obvious manufacturing faults or damage obtained in transit given that the buyer notifies me via email within 1 week of delivery. 

No refunds will be given for change of mind but I'm happy to discuss an exchange with shipping at the buyers cost.
